Wool Collection at Laroue Laines

At Laroue, wool comes to life as soon as it is collected. Our trucks travel all over France to collect the wool directly from the breeders, thus guaranteeing exemplary traceability. Every year, 1,200 tonnes of exclusively French wool arrive at our site in Mazamet, brought by our trucks.

We work mainly with merino wool, which comes from the center of France. Renowned for its finesse and quality, this wool is suitable for both clothing and bedding.

This collection model allows us to promote the know-how of French farmers while contributing to a sustainable and environmentally friendly wool sector.
